Because of our passion for gelato we use the highest quality ingredients, traditional gelato-making methods, and outstanding customer services. We worked to create authentic Italian gelato experience with traditional artisan techniques and selected imported gourmet ingredients. What is important for us is not the design of the concept, is the PRODUCT.

The key to making the best gelato is to use the finest ingredients and handcraft it in small batches on site every day.

We use only top-quality ingredients like the Swiss chocolate, the prized candied black sour cherries (amarene) from Italy, the roasted hazelnut from Piemonte, the almonds and pistachios from Bronte, the juicy sweet lemon of Sicily, the traditional gianduia recipe from Turin, the famous stracciatella, tiramisu and meringa, the fresh fruit from local or imported selected farmers.
