The traditional ITALIAN GELATO is made with fresh milk, fresh eggs in some flavours, pure fine sugar, fresh cream, and other natural ingredients such as chocolate, nuts, vanilla beans, etc. The traditional sorbet is made with pure spring water, fresh fruit and sugar.

The ITALIAN GELATO has a short shelf life (24 hours in display), is daily made and it's healty compared to the industrial ice-cream (who has an average shelf life of 24 months).

We do not add any chemical preservatives or conservatives. ITALIAN GELATO has also less sugar and fat compared to Premium Ice Cream. It has a velvety texture that melts in your mouth without leaving any unpleasant coating. In the ITALIAN GELATO there are no artificial flavouring, the taste of the same gelato can change a little bit every day depending on the fresh ingredient we can find on the market. All ingredients are prepared and mixed by hand to preserve the supreme, uncompromising taste of our products. What we can not find on the local market we import directly from Italy. We buy those products from selected suppliers that assure quality and consistency.
